Senior Facilitator – Mental Fitness and Resilience


I’m a highly skilled and professional facilitator used to working within a multi-disciplined role instructing across defence and corporate audiences alike. Knowledgeable and experienced, I’m able to create an inclusive and dynamic environment both in-person and virtually, also
providing effective coaching for both individuals and teams.

I’m proud to be part of the Eleos Team and lead on various workshops focusing on leadership, personal resilience and the improvement of team performance. I’m passionate and enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills; able to fulfil the role of a facilitator or programme manager with a variety of specialist areas including stress management, personal resilience, diversity & inclusion and coaching and mentoring.

I’m experienced in facilitating workshops and training, love designing and creating content for our clients and have worked on a diverse range of projects including: Opportunities 4 Women, the Active Inclusion delivery team to support the BNP Paribas Talent for Leaders scheme and the creation of individual resilience workshops for the NHS Junior Doctor Leadership Scheme.

I was a former Senior Instructor at the Joint Stress & Resilience Centre at the Defence Academy of the UK and in my time there delivered many programmes, including rapport and resilience training to the UK Military Defence Attachés as well as designing and delivering workshops centred on Resilience and Change to 250 delegates at the University of Portsmouth.

In former roles I have been Training and Education Officer at the Defence Academy of the UK and also a senior instructor trainer for various courses focusing on Mental Fitness and Resilience, Diversity & Inclusion and Line Management for many MOD audiences.

I reviewed and redesigned the Stress and Resilience course at the Defence Academy to align with the MOD future blended delivery model and was the Programme Director for tri service courses within the wider strategic wellbeing context.

I have a diploma in stress management and cognitive behavioural therapy skills, am an advanced level APMP facilitator, have a Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring and am a Mental Health First Aider.

My academic background was in Mechanical Engineering, in which I earned a First Class Masters degree and have completed a postgraduate certificate in academic practice at Kings College, London
